Are government fees included in the package price?

No — government fees are always charged at actual cost with full transparency. You will receive receipts for every government fee paid on your behalf. Our package fee covers our professional services and management only — no markup on government fees.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time and the price difference will be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Just contact your dedicated manager or our team on WhatsApp.

What does "unlimited transactions" mean exactly?

It means there is no cap on the number of government visits, document submissions, or follow-ups we perform on your behalf each month. We handle as many tasks as your business requires.

How fast do you process documents?

Standard processing is 1–3 business days. Gold package clients receive priority processing (same day for most tasks). Platinum clients receive a same-day processing guarantee for all standard transactions.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Monthly plans have no minimum commitment — cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront for a 20% discount. We also offer flexible quarterly billing on request.

Do packages cover all UAE emirates?

Starter covers 1 emirate, Gold covers 3 emirates of your choice, and Platinum covers all 7 emirates with offices in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, RAK, Ajman, UAQ, and Fujairah.
